Our Salt Marsh Farm To Table beef box collections are a delicious way to provide you or your family with hand reared beef with no added preservatives, fed on wild and varied grasses with no pesticides. Farm To Table Beef Box Collections
The price reflects the extra management and care we provide to our stock and the time and effort that goes into managing a herd on the salt marsh. Our Farm to Table Boxes are available when we have cattle ready for market and are provided on a first-come-first served basis. The more demand for our products, the more we can provide. There is a maximum of two boxes per customer in place whilst we get the business established.
This symbol ≈ means approximately equal to. This is because our Farm To Table Collections are not always the exact cuts you’ll see in the descriptions below. This is due to the way our produce is prepared by our butcher and not wanting to waste any great cuts. Sometimes you might find another bag of mince for example to round up the weight but always rest assured that you’ll always get at least the number of cuts in your chosen Farm To Table Box and it will come to around the weight of whichever box you choose.

Did you know?
Nutritional Benefits
Grass fed beef has extra nutritional benefits for us too over corn fed cattle. By grazing on the salt marsh the animals have been enjoying a completely natural diet meaning that the meat will generally be leaner and nutritionally dense. Grass fed meat is generally higher in Omega-3, rich in Vitamin A and E, and has lower amounts of saturated fats. There are also added antioxidants, which the animals consume when eating the huge variety of grasses that are on the marshes.
FAQ
Do you deliver?
Yes, we do. We use royal mail 24hr delivery service. Your beef will arrive frozen. Please leave any special instructions when ordering.
How much space will it take up in my freezer?
Box 3 will take up 1 average freezer drawer in a normal freezer.
What's the best way to cook the low and slow rib?
Our favourite joint! Exactly what it say on the tin. Cook it slowly in a tajine or slow cooker is one of the best ways.
How do I Pay?
While we continue to develop our business and customer base we are taking payments by BACS. Once you order we will email you our bank details to make the transfer.
How do we defrost if the cuts are frozen?
Food should be left out at room temperature for the shortest time possible. Ideally, defrost foods in the fridge.

How does the beef come?
Depending on the order time and your location then our beef can be delivered fresh to you if you wish, please let us know if you’d prefer this. Otherwise the beef is frozen as soon as it is prepared by our butcher in Taunton and then delivered to you.
Can I change any products for burgers?
Just ask. If we can accommodate your request, we will endeaver to do so.
How much is delivery?
Our Farm to Table Box 3 (10kg) has free delivery!
Our other two boxes are £7.50 delivery each.
If you are close to us we should be able to organise a delivery direct to you.
Are the burgers gluten free?
Yes! Ingredients: Beef 90%, Water, Gluten Free Breadcrumb (rice flour, gram flour, maize starch, dextrose), Dried Onion, Salt, Spices, Sugar, Yeast Extract, Preservative E221 (Sulphate), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid)
Do you have a favourite cow?
Yes, Matt loves 1763 and we will al be very sad to see her go and Sam’s is 1758.
